Here’s the deal. I’ve gained weight back. Not all of it. Not even half of it. Some of it.
Why? Well, there’s probably been many causes. Nesting? Perhaps. Love of cupcakes? Definitely. Return of the McRib? Yes, dammit. But ya know what? It comes down to remembering a simple truth:
My quality of life is better when I spend at least 1 hour at the gym of the 24 I am given for each day of living.
My quality of life is better. I don’t have to deprive myself of that cupcake. And as a matter of fact, I shouldn’t. But I must have BALANCE.
I must restore balance. It won’t be easy getting back in a routine, but it begins now. This BS of “oh I’ll start Monday” is just that: BULLSHIT.
Starting now. Every day. For the next two weeks. GYM TIME!!
